Responsible for greeting guests in a warm and friendly manner, controlling the flow of work in the room by seating guests in station rotation, assigning opening and closing side work duties, handling the reservation book, taking incoming telephone calls and enforcing check issue procedures.
Minimum of 1 year experience in public contact or guest/customer service position required.
Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 4 hours in length, lift up to 15 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis and lift trays of food or food items weighing up to 30 lbs. occasionally.
