Duties and Responsibilities Prepares and enters course schedule for all SBA courses, working in collaboration with associate and assistant deans, department chairs, and program directors.
Assigns office space to new faculty (including part-time) and staff and assures that offices are ready (e.g., computer, telephone, etc.)
Maintains files for faculty hiring processes.
Oversees completion of surveys (e.g., rankings, AACSB).
Prepares summary reports from TCE data.
Completes special projects as assigned.
Minimum Education or Experience Some college required; bachelor's degree strongly preferred. Three to five years of related experience in an office setting. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Certificates, credentials or licenses required to perform the duties of this position: None
Computer Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (high proficiency in Excel), Internet and email applications. Working knowledge of or ability to quickly learn internal software required.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and at least five years experience in administrative position in a complex organization preferred.
Strong analytical and communication skills required. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions in a group setting. Experience working in a complex organization.
