Also provides training, as appropriate, to the customers and sales representatives, or may provide on-site and off-site troubleshooting and service. This may include some out of state/country travel in order to evaluate and solve technical problems. Requirements of Job: Accountabilities include: providing continuous technical support to the sales force and/or customers through telephone conversations and written communication; providing training to the sales force as appropriate thought both telephone conversations and seminars; identifying and developing ways to present product to the sales force so that it is easy to understand; providing trade show support as necessary; performing analysis of applications samples and provide reports to make product recommendations. Responsibilities of Job: Qualified candidates should have: BS degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with 0-2 years experience in a related technical field in interfacing with internal and external customers. Excellent written & verbal communication skills; strong phone skills; technical problem solving, strong attention to detail & ability travel a must!
