The Patient Registrar will register patients by obtaining personal and financial information through direct interviews, phone calls, and questionnaires. Assists with

the coordination of bed assignments and the completion of preliminary

authorization/verification for patients entering the hospital.

Requirements

Minimum Qualification: High school or equivalent.

Preferred: Associate’s Degree.  Medical Terminology course.  Computer literate.  Knowledge of Epic helpful.  Experience in Medical office setting and knowledge of medical insurances desired.
