This position is contingent upon contract award.
Candidate will be required to perform a range of functions in support of the administration and maintenance of a government web-based, collaborative, knowledge management service built on IBM Lotus Domino technology. Candidate will be an expert in Tier I and II systems administration help desk practices for IBM Lotus Domino based enclaves and standalone networks operating in a classified environment. Candidate will be familiar with Tier III and Tier IV Lotus Domino Administrator functions. Candidate will provide IBM Lotus Domino administration support (versions 5, 6, 7 and 8) in a web-based, distributed, multi-server (50+) environment, including upgrades, maintenance, troubleshooting, and process documentation. Areas of concentration will include: Replication analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution for Domino and Sametime servers; Ability to work well with distributed, worldwide administration team in both a support and participative role.
