Our clients include both government and institutional facilities across multiple states. This position will be for the Baltimore, Maryland office and will be required to work 32 or more hours per week on a permanent basis. Minimum Qualifications: 0-2 years office experience or in other similar job capacity; experience in the construction industry a plus but not required Certified Payroll experience is preferred but not required Experience with MS Word, Excel and Outlook; strong computer and typing skills Ability to prioritize work load Excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent time management and organizational skills Ability to work well in a team environment Scope of Responsibility: Responsible for answering phones, filing, and clerical duties as needed by operations. May work under the direct supervision of the Supervising Office Manager or the PGM and/or Senior Site Representative. Position Duties: • Answer telephones and take messages when project team members are not available • Filing • Assist in processing incoming and outgoing mail • Upload documents through Workflow • Check and distribute certified payrolls to owner for processing • Handling Insurance Certificates • Perform other clerical duties as requested by project operations team
