Limit access to record information according to law and policy. Type explanatory letters. Respond to customer by telephone, fax, and mail pre-paid requests for records. This is a non-career temporary position, limited to working 719 hours in a calendar year. Non-career employees are not eligible for insurance benefits or paid time off, however, they may be able to participate in a deferred compensation plan 401k and/or 457. Position Description Required Education and Experience: Education Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent Experience No specific type or amount is required. Must possess a valid Michigan driver’s license and maintain a satisfactory driving record. Due to the nature of work of the Department of State, criminal and driving records will be checked.
