Finance/Purchasing - City - 06-04 (1032:6); Hourly range: $13.86 - $17.72; Hours: FULL TIME; M - F; 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Processes and distributes formal and informal bids; prepares Executive Orders to award/reject bids, bid and contract, and approving proposals for professional services; prepares letters and memos for professional services; prepares letters and memos for Purchasing Agents, prepares and assembles contract documents; distributes funds received; and prepares payments for services and expenditures. Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent and 6 months - 2 years experience in an office setting or equivalent. TYPING TEST REQUIRED and must be taken by the posted closing date.
