Responsible for tasks of moderate complexity, that may include incoming calls from Field Service Technicians and Contractors. Responsible for modifying and completing orders and acting as a technical liaison between Field Service, and Customer service where necessary. This position requires a thorough knowledge of the department’s policies and practices. They must have fulfilled all the requirements of the Dispatch Operations Representative I position prior to be placed in this position and be able to deliver support consistent with the expectations of their position.A Dispatch Operations Representative II executes on activities tied directly to Field Operations workforce deployment. The output of the Dispatch team is to drive continuous efficiencies through workforce management that will ultimately reduce the number of truck rolls and on-site customer engagement. As a result, the customer is more timely serviced at a reduced cost to the business. Job Duties and Responsibilities: • Capable of performing all the responsibilities listed in the Dispatch Operations Representative I position. • Interact with customers, Technicians and Contractors in a way that generates favorable results. • Demonstrated proficiency in use of all support tools used for troubleshooting all Optimum product and services. • Assist with Optimum voice and OOL provisioning and/or troubleshooting and providing support to technicians call in with issues. • Ability to search CPE’s and also identify equipment based on MAC address. • Must learn the process and tools needed to support Routing, and Remedy compliance. • Create daily routes for Field Service technicians that adhere to the following requirements: Travel Time, Service Level Requirements, Technician skill sets and productivity requirements. • Function as the first point of contact for Field Service and all other departments related to work order problems. • The ability to identify, resolve and/or escalate issues to the appropriate department for resolution for product or support tool outages. (ie., Comm Desk, BISC, OV, NOC3) • Performs all actions needed to resolve customer issues with minimal supervisory support or supervision. • Ability to identify problems and issues and escalate to management team if necessary. • Knowledge of Remedy, and Routing through Workforce Express Dispatch Module • If requested, mentor Dispatch Operations Representative I employees. • Ensure all work related equipment is maintained ant that all work related tasks are performed in compliance with OSHA safety regulations and corporate policies. • Participate in advanced special projects and perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Qualifications: • All Qualifications required of a Dispatch Operations Representative I. • Minimum of 6 months experience as a Dispatch Operations Representative I. • The individual should demonstrate intermediate skills and the ability to work independently. • Proficiency with all tools used at Dispatch to provide support, including but not limited to: ACSR, Aspect, Modem Poller, Wiki, Trio, SOCKET, Boost, LNP, Neustar, JBIS, JSI/B, LNP,Rescue tool, Workforce Express Dispatch Module. • Intermediate skills in the Microsoft office suite. • Ability to work independently and multitask is a must. • Current “Meets Expectations” review and no corrective actions within past 6 months. |
