Position Responsibilities
•Thorough knowledge of retirement plan recordkeeping business and operations
•Facilitate requirements gathering meetings and elicit business requirements from stakeholders
•Perform gap/impact analysis and document results
•Draft Business Requirements Documents
•Create and manage Requirements Traceability Matrix
•Create and manage change requests
•Provide accurate weekly status updates
•Draft Functional Requirements Documents
•Create detailed use cases
•Act as liaison between IT Project Team and Development during technical design and testing
•Create test plans
•Test execution on Omni as well as other applications
•Document and manage code defects to resolution
•Conduct test summary meetings and code hand off meetings with QA
•Develop code release implementation plan
•Support project deliverables during release periods
•Provide support to production users during post release warranty period
