Program Coordinator Subsidiary: Olgoonik Development, LLC Location: AK - Anchorage Requisition Number: 2011034 City: Anchorage State/Territory: US-AK # of openings: 1 Description Overview: Provides advanced level executive support for the Shareholder Services, Lands and Corporate/Administration Departments of OC/OD. Manage administrative support and communication functions for Shareholder Services, Lands and Corporate/Administration Departments of OC/OD. Oversee and perform special projects with some or all of the above departments prioritized accordingly. Primary Responsibilities: Provides direct administrative support to VP’s of Administration, Corporate, Shareholder Services & Lands. Coordinate and work with assigned staff. Directly responsibility for successful management and completion of assigned projects. Assist in development and on-going performance of shareholder hiring, training, career development and management trainee plans. Responsible for communications between OC/OD executive team and OC Board. Assist with and/or organize, schedule and coordinate oversight Committee meetings, workshops and events. Assist with meeting logistics, documents, record-keeping and action items. Develop positive relationship with Board members; maintain interaction with shareholders and activities. Performs and supervises the compiling and composing of routine and non-routine documents including, but not limited to: correspondence, policies, presentations, procedures, reports, work instructions, minutes and logs. Performs administrative support functions such as filing, typing, and other general clerical functions. Reconcile departmental expense reports and credit card statements/receipts following established guidelines for VP’s of Administration, Corporate, Shareholder Services & Lands. Assist with and/or collaborate in the development of content and graphics of Olgoonik Corporation website and OC/OD website as it pertains to departmental communications. Responsible for insuring consistency, accuracy, and quality in internal and external communications. May assist with company contributions, donations, and sponsorship programs. This position is in a fast paced, dynamic, and team based, environment that requires excellent skills in multi-tasking and a take-charge ability. Supervisory Responsibilities: This position will be responsible for supervising and directing the work of assigned staff. Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s degree preferred. Must have a minimum of two years executive level administrative support experience including a minimum of one year prior supervisory experience. Program development and project management experience is highly desired. Must have excellent written communication skills, problem-solving skills, innovation, attention to detail, organizational skills, and an ability to manage multiple complex projects at one time. Must have above average-typing skills, command of English usage, grammar, spelling, punctuation at a high level of accuracy and proficiency. Must be able to exercise independent judgment and discretion in performing assigned tasks. Must have the ability to effectively present information to management and staff. Must have excellent PC skills including advanced knowledge in such applications as Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Projects and PowerPoint. Must be self-motivated and able to work effectively under minimum supervision. Must possess strong interpersonal skills to work as part of a team with other departments and/or offices. Must be able to meet new challenges with an open mind and an optimistic response. Must have the ability to effectively manage/coordinate simultaneous projects using good time management, prioritization and organizational skills. Must be able to prepare and progress detailed project schedules using Gantt charts.
