Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 1st shift 8:30 am - 5:00 pm The Customer Service Representative is responsible for maintaining a positive relationship with customers, by answering their service questions and catering to their needs. The Customer Service Representative Specialist must use customer retention techniques to ensure customers feel valued and listened to, to resolve their issues, and promote company goals and objectives. Project a professional company image through phone interaction. Requirements Must be able to work well under pressure, in a fast paced environment. Must be able to multitask, and have a sense of urgency. Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. This is normally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent. Computer literate with the ability to learn customer service software applications. Duties require professional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to type 30 wpm. This is normally acquired through one to three years of office experience. Dependable and well organized. Background in a call center environment preferred. Background in transportation a plus.
