Koch Fertilizer, LLC and its affiliates, including Koch Nitrogen Company, LLC and Koch Fertilizer Canada, ULC, have the capability to manufacture, market and distribute more than 10 million metric tons of fertilizer products annually. Koch Fertilizer, LLC is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Marketing/Commercial team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a great team environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing prompt, professional, and accurate support for approximately 12 office personnel. Responsibilities include: Travel arrangements Calendar management Telephone services Audit purchasing card statements and expense reports Incoming/outgoing mail Maintain copy machines Maintain & order office supplies Filing and scanning Maintain org charts Special projects (presentations, coordinating meetings) Provide back up assistance for other administrative assistants and departments as needed Prioritize and accomplish workload based on internal customer(s) needs and timelines Assist with emergency evacuations as required Provide support for compliance group audit and training tracking systems Prepare government submittals and act as document retention coordinator Required: Ability to work overtime as work load requires 3+ years previous experience as an administrative assistant supporting multiple individuals Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong organizational and project management skills Good interpersonal relationship skills Strong computer skills and proven proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point Detail oriented and able to handle multiple priorities Strong phone skills and etiquette Excellent proofreading skills Ability to self-direct and work well with minimal supervision Work well as a team member High level of professional integrity and confidentiality Proactive and able to learn quickly High School Diploma Preferred: Associates or technical degree from an accredited institution We are an equal opportunity employer.
