· Provides direct and indirect supply support.
· Performs logistical, inventory and accounting services for various activities and personnel.
· Coordinates and procures from approved sources contract berthing for eligible Drilling Reserve personnel.
· Possesses a full understanding of the mandatory sources of supply for material and supplies; and the regulations and policies regarding price thresholds on procurement actions.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience initiating, preparing, editing, and processing requisitions to obtain materials, supplies, services, and equipment for various activities and personnel
Experience using computer based programs, web-based acquisition and accounting systems to perform records search, data input, data corrections, and process supply requisitions
Experience conducting inventory and adjusting and/or maintaining inventory stock or account records

Work requires the employee to successfully complete a three week Supply and Fiscal Management course within six months of employment. This requirement may be waived by the unit’s Commanding Officer. Employee must qualify for and maintain all requirements necessary to perform purchasing actions as applicable to current instructions regarding Department of Defense (DoD) civilian employees. Employee may be required to travel to perform work, training, and attend informative meetings, normally for short durations.
