ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements Analyze financial information to explain variances and interpret results Provide accounting expertise to assist other areas in understanding financial information Communicate financial results to operations personnel and other levels of management in a clear manner Prepare, review, enter, and analyze revenue and deferred revenue Provide client assistance needed by auditors for quarterly and yearly review Assist in budgeting and forecasting Reconcile and audit Balance Sheet Accounts Experience: EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required Four plus years of accounting experience required Individual will possess a business orientation with demonstrated customer service skills working within a team environment Must have strong technical and automation skills Excellent oral and written communication skills required Must be flexible and able to handle multiple priorities Must be a self starter with excellent interpersonal skills Microsoft Excel experience required PeopleSoft experience preferred Laureate Education, Inc., and all of it subsidiaries or affiliates, are equal opportunity employers.
