Job Duties & Responsibilities: Assist Controller in managing insurance policy renewals, mortgage maturity lists, contract information, oversee owner assessment billings, etc. Manage Cash Accounts Prepare corporate & managed home financial statements Assist with year-end processing and budgets Oversee accounting activity and report discrepancies to Controller Desired Qualifications: 2 year Associate degree in Accounting is preferred Minimum of 3 years accounting experience Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi task Effective written and verbal communication Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Great Plains, Salesforce and/or foreign currency experience is preferred Must have strong, independent task managment and follow-up skills and the ability to give clear direction to support staff Our Comprehensive Benefits Package Includes: Health, Dental and Vision insurance.
