Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Psychology, Rehabilitation Counseling, Social Work, or closely related field PLUS one year of paid work experience in treating or working with persons diagnosed with developmental disabilities OR Associate’s Degree in Human Services, Rehabilitation Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or closely related field PLUS two years paid work experience in treating or working with persons diagnosed with developmental disabilities.
