Our Customer Service Representatives are a vital part of our success. We provide regular informal and formal training to help maximize your customer service and sales skills aiding you to be the best you can be as a call center professional.


To be considered, a candidate must:

  • Have telemarketing experience in a high volume call center with a predictive dialer.
  • Have experience with customer service inbound calls in a high volume call center
  • Be able to work the schedule listed below.



Schedule:

  • 5 day work week
  • Shift is from 3:30 PM to Midnight
  • Rotational weekend



I am looking for seasoned candidates with an entrepreneurial spirit and drive. You must have a successful track record in previous/current call center experience. That experience needs to be recent between 2009 until 2012.



No job hoppers!

No phone calls please due to high volume of phone calls!

Though we pride ourselves from promoting from within I am looking for someone who wants this position.

Requirements

Ideal Candidate has the following:

  • 2+ years recent (2009-2012) customer service experience in a high volume call center with both inbound & outbound calls.
  • Telemarketing or up selling experience in a call center experience.
  • Ability to work required schedule and flexibility for scheduling changes based on demand
  • Experience with a predictive dialer.
  • Master of rebuttals… able to demonstrate your ability to effectively over- come objections.
  • Possess an excellent attendance record
  • Ability to succeed in a fast pace competitive sales environment
  • Good phone voice required
  • Ability to listen and respond to customers effectively and solve problems.
  • Ability to Multi-task, adept at working between multiple computer screens.
  • Positive attitude
  • Initiative and ability to be proactive
  • Must be dependable and work well independently and with the team
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish and English is a plus but not a requirement
  • Be able to pass pre-hire drug test, criminal background and work history check
