Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinates clerical and receptionist activities. Responsible for the collection, compilation, analysis and reporting of all data relevant to assigned department. Performs secretarial and receptionist duties and scheduling.
Qualifications/Experience
High school graduate or equivalent. Previous secretarial and office procedures experience preferred. Commercial training preferred. Training in PC, Word, Excel basic computer operation. Able to type 60 words per minute. Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
